The BARRE is a boutique fitness studio in Long Beach, CA—where it’s
always happy hour. Offering a signature blend of classes rooted in
the original method of Barre as designed by the founder of Barre
fitness Lotte Berk—a time-tested, ballet-inspired fitness technique
known for building strength, flexibility, and balance. The studio
also pairs its Barre classes with classical mat Pilates as
developed by Joseph Pilates, emphasizing core control, alignment,
and mindful movement. Together, Barre and Pilates complement one
another to create a balanced practice that builds strength and
flexibility. But The BARRE is more than just a fitness studio, it
is about community. In addition to offering fitness classes daily,
the studio also hosts regular community events aimed at building
connection and fostering friendships. We hope you become a regular!
