We do fitness.  And we do it well. After 20 years of formal
dance training, and inspired by the strong, educated dance and
pilates instructors we fill our schedule with... BarreWell was
born. More than a workout, BarreWell studio is a community of
like-minded individuals, with a mutual love of movement and
wellness... and sometimes wine.  We pride ourselves on the
elite instruction of our music-driven workouts, our gorgeous studio
where the magic happens, and the community that fills it. 
We do fitness, we do welcomes with a warm embrace and we do
wellness. We know that your one hour a day to yourself is valuable
time that matters and we make it our highest priority to make it
worth your while. We do serious calorie burning and booty
sculpting, but so much more. Good for the body...good for the
soul.
