About the Class
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired songs. It uses Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning form of workout for people of all fitness levels and ages. No experience is needed.
Special Instructions
Welcome to our beautiful studio at 2504 El Camino Real in Redwood City, across the street from Target. We're excited to be with you there! We've got plenty of street parking along El Camino in front, or you can park in the big lot across the street. Please make sure to register for classes online, because we strictly limit the class size for your safety, and they can fill up! Also, don't forget your sticky socks! Socks are always required in the studio. Normal ones will do in a pinch, but sticky socks are always safer. We're happy to sell you new ones in many beautiful, bright colors! Just for Zumba class, you can wear clean, indoor-only Zumba shoes. No street shoes allowed! :)
