FIIT-BOUND Express is a 35-minute interval training format that incorporates a warm-up, planks, 9 rounds of cardio on a rebounder, 9 rounds of intense, compound, functional fitness exercises using heavy weights, and two core sections. This format is designed to be challenging, with the most effective results achieved through the use of heavy weights and kettlebells. The class is taught without a fixed beat, allowing participants to go at their own pace. This class is strategically planned to focus on strength moves for the lower body (thighs, glutes and hamstrings). For the most comprehensive and optimal results, we recommend attending our FIIT-BOUND Express *Lower Body classes as well!
