About the Class

A 45-minute, small-group strength + cardio class to build visible muscle and make you sweat. Monday = lower body, Wednesday = upper body, Friday = full body. You’ll cycle through 7 exercises (strength with dumbbells/bands + low-impact rebound cardio on the mini trampoline) for 4 rounds, then finish with quick core and a short cool-down so you leave energized, not wiped out. Great for intermediates, with options for beginners and pregnancy-friendly swaps.  Bring water and grippy socks.
