By incorporating the use of the amazing Pilates Tower, you will gain length, strength, flexibility and musculo-skeletal control. Students will work from the inside out to find a deeper connection to the core in a class that emphasizes the Mat work while incorporating the Pilates Tower . The work is performed using a combination of props, springs and bars to create additional resistance and/or assistance while performing the repertoire. The added resistance provided by tower springs encourages the development of strength and stability. This is a class that truly lengthens and strenghthens the body like nothing else. *Minimum 3 participants.
