What brought you to fitness?Since I was young I've loved the way fitness makes me feel. To this day, it is the best for stress relief. How would you describe your teaching style?I am energetic, interactive, challenging and fun. I always want students to feel like they can be challenged in a way that is fun and tailored to their fitness level. What do you love about teaching virtually?I love that even though we are in crazy times, we can count on each other to show up for class and hold each other accountable. It has kept my spirits high during challenging moments.
