The Barre For Life class starts with a short cardio-based warmup and moves quickly into our low-impact, high-intensity classic barre workout. You'll move through a series of planks, abdominal work, upper body exercises using weights, thigh exercises, and glute work! Resistance bands and balls are often used during the workout as well. Stretching is incorporated between exercises to help develop muscles that are strong and lean--without the bulk! Get ready to shake! You will leave thoroughly exhausted, but ready to come back for more! (Note: Please bring your own mat)
You may bring a mat or borrow one. Grip socks are required and can be purchased in the studio!
