Barre for Life is located in beautiful Waxhaw, North Carolina.
Our owner is a Board Certified Family Medicine and Lifestyle
Medicine Physician who has deep connections to the Waxhaw
community.  Our bright, brand-new studio has a friendly and
motivating staff that will help you feel STRONG--in body, mind, and
spirit! Barre for Life is committed to giving back and serving
others. A portion of our proceeds each month will go towards doing
good for cancer patients and their families in our communities.
These Barre for Life prize recipients will be nominated each month
by our very own Barre for Life members. Barre for Life is more than
just a place to get an awesome workout. It is a community of men
and women who believe in good health and wellness and who want to
spread kindness and love to all those around them!

This class combines gentle, flowing sequences with calming, restorative poses to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and find inner balance. Whether you're looking to enhance your recovery or focus on some peaceful moments of mindfulness , this class offers a supportive environment to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.   (Session pass expires 6 months after purchase and is not refundable or transferable to any other client.
