About the Class

TBC = Power. Strength. Endurance This is a multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups.  It focuses on developing strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.

Special Instructions

Welcome hOMe! Mats and props are provided.  Please note your credit card is reserving your spot in class. There is a 10-hour Cancellation policy. If you do not cancel 10 hours or more before class, you will be charged $24.00. This is for all members. Please try to come at least 5 minutes before class begins. If you are healing from any injuries, please let the instructor know. If you are Pregnant or Post-Partum, please advise.
