About the Class

This 45 minute class incorporates slower flows, breath work, and stretches with barre muscle toning.  We warm the room (NOT hot, just warm!) to get your muscles prepared to move and work, and then cool it down as class progresses.  Heavier weights encouraged but always optional, as we do slower movements and less repetitions while focusing on balance, stability, and core strength. Think of it as our cross training class for the strength work of our barre workouts. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a towel.
