Small Group PT Trial

If you are serious about your fitness and want to see results fast then this is for you!

Bootcamp (Unlimited, billed fortnightly)

A good starting membership to get you going

- $45 per week, billed fortnightly.
- Access to 2 x Bootcamp sessions a week.

For those who want one good, challenging session a week. 

 - $30 per week, billed fortnightly
 - Access to 1 x Bootcamp session a week
 - Access to all HHF events

 - Access to 3 x Mums and Bubs per week.
 - Access to all HHF events.
 - Can access/utilise Bootcamp sessions within membership if required. I.E if you can't make a mums class one week.

 - Cancel/hold anytime with 7 days notice.

Mums and Bubs (Gold)

The most popular to start with. A good introduction to getting back into training and feeling fitter and stronger.

 - Access to 2 x Mums and Bubs per week.
 - Access to all HHF events
 - Can access/utilise Bootcamp sessions within membership if required. I.E if you can't make a mums class one week.
 - Membership will activate on purchase.
 - Payments are in advance and auto-renew every 2 weeks.
 - Cancel/hold anytime with 7 days notice.

Mums and Bubs (Silver)

New to training and want to try it out? If you enjoy it then you can upgrade to two sessions when you are ready.

 - Access to 1 x Mums and Bubs per week.
 - Access to all HHF events.
 - Can access/utilise Bootcamp sessions within membership if required. I.E if you can't make a mums class one week.
 - Membership will activate on purchase.

Two Week Unlimited Trial

Our run group trial gives you 2 weeks to to try out 2 sessions at Sydney park. Our run group is on Wednesdays at 6am.
