Whether you are new to fitness or an elite athlete, you will benefit this class. This class will consist of explosive movements for 30-40 sec of work followed by 20-30 sec rest before the next exercise. Exercises in these classes will always be changing and may consist of the weighted sled, slam balls, battle ropes, bodyweight and or anything to get your heart rate and bretahing up. Power training is a great way to improve your strength, help tone your body, and build up your overal muscular power.
