Session Structure: 1. Warm-Up: Skipping: 3 x 3 minute rounds General warm-up and agility: 3 x 3 minute rounds 2. Skill Development: Shadow Boxing: 3 x 3 minute rounds Boxing Defense Drills - Reaction: 3 x 2 minute rounds 3. Technical Application: Technical Sparring Session: 3 x 2 minute rounds Bag Work or Bag Circuit: 3 x 2 minute rounds 4. Core Strength and Conditioning: Ab Work: Crunches/Leg Raises/Russian Twists for 30 seconds each, 5 rounds 5. Cool Down: Stretching and warm down
