BOXTECH®: All Levels

About the Class

Ages 17+ BOXTECH® is a structured boxing-specific program designed to teach you the fundamentals of boxing in a tiered format using the award-winning BOXTECH® System developed in-house by owner and head coach Dave Brett. You will start with White Gloves® and work your way up through 5 other coloured levels: Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black. In all the coloured levels, you will learn new boxing fundamentals, footwork, punches, and combinations. All our classes are non-contact until you reach our 4th coloured ‘Glove Level’, Blue.  At this point, you can choose to attend separate Sparring classes or continue the non-contact BOXTECH® classes.
