LITTLE CHAMPS®: All Levels

About the Class

Ages 5-7 LITTLE CHAMPS® introduces the fundamental elements of the sweet science of Boxing, fitness, and core training in a well-rounded entertaining class. Our main goal is to increase confidence with hard work and positive results. Don’t worry, it's non-contact and fun. Our Coaches are trained professionals who use fun and challenging techniques to teach your LITTLE CHAMPS® Boxing skills and life lessons. Not only does the LITTLE CHAMPS® program improve children's physical fitness, but it also acknowledges the qualities that build confidence inside and outside the gym. LITTLE CHAMPS® promotes goal setting by providing a clear path through the Boxtech® System. The Boxtech® System has 6 levels indicated by the following colours: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black. In our LITTLE CHAMPS® program, 5 stripes occur between each of the coloured levels. Each Champ must earn their 5 stripes before their final skills test to move on to the next colour. LITTLE CHAMPS® receive their personalized progress card to track their attendance, adorned with delightful stickers, and are encouraged to visit the front desk after class to add their sticker to the card.
