We’ve combined the best of everything into a circuit of strength, conditioning, and boxing drills. This 45 minute class will have you moving from bag work to bootcamp and back again, keeping the intensity and spirits high until the final bell. Be ready for basic bag drills (but don’t be surprised if we throw some advanced technique your way too), and a mix of BOSU, TRX, and weights to give you the full body treatment.
