Need a summer goal? Use the summer months to up your game in the ring, on the bag, and beyond. 

Q Rules is offering an exclusive program for a limited number of members.

Our SUMMER WARRIOR program will give you a personalized plan to bring your boxing to the next level, provide extra attention from experienced coaches and the option to join our next Beer & Box line up. 

The program includes:

- An initial 60 minute session to determine how to up your game with fitness and boxing specific drills over the next 3 months. 
- 6 x 30 minute pad sessions with an experienced coach to help track your progress along the way and continue to challenge you. 
- Integration into our sparring program and drills via the Sparring Certification or one-on-one with a current member or coach. To be determined after our initial meeting with the boxer. 
- Unlimited 3 month membership to the gym for access to all classes and open gyms.
