It's like Q60 but just for queer + trans folks! Classic skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bag, and hand pads with strength components to give you a full body workout. And let's face it, we'll have the best music. Straight allies, the best way you can show your support is to respect this as a closed space for 2SLGBTQ+ folks. We love you and we'll see you at 'regular' class!
