Teen K.O. held 2X per week is an opportunity is the teens in our K.O. community to get a chance to bond and build a community during their workout. AGES 13-19 Suited for beginner to intermediate levels. In this class you will learn the technical fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing along with strength and condition training. This is a no contact class. This exciting class will be sure to raise your heart rate!
