GJWB can now be taken in the convenience of your own home! You will need to download and make an account on the Zoom app where the class will take place. We will make sure to bring the same energy and intensity in our studio classes directly to you. Class structure will be: 5 min warm up, 20 minute of shadow boxing, 20 minutes of HIIT & core, and 5 minutes of cool down. We ensure these at-home workouts will not require equipment. With that being said if you have a skipping rope, small hand weights, and mat – please feel free to use.
