Controlled Sparring

About the Class

Sparring in the ring with a coach in control of the pace and intensity of the session. Coach matches partners and determines which punches are thrown as well as the level of intensity. Example: One shot to the head and one to the body.  Bring your own mouthguard and headgear, no rentals or loaners available. Gear is available for purchase at the club. Inability to follow the rules or disrespecting coaches or other participants will not be tolerated.
