Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. After a dynamic warm up you will drill combinations on the bag and work conditioning on the floor for a whole body work out. Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program. If learning to box and increasing your fitness is your goal, then Boxing is for you. All levels welcome.
No street shoes on the mat. Please arrive early and wrap hands before class starts.
