While attending community college, I incorporated yoga into my routine, which significantly influenced my holistic approach to fitness. Today, my methodology blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and boxing & kickboxing into personalized programs that promote both physical and mental resilience.I specialize in helping women align their fitness routines with the natural rhythms of their menstrual cycle — providing tailored guidance to enhance energy, improve recovery, and optimize overall performance.
