Our Youth Boxing Basics class (ages 8-16 yrs old) introduces young boxing enthusiasts the fundamentals of boxing in a fun and supportive environment. This class focuses on developing key skills such as footwork, hand-eye coordination, basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and defensive techniques. With an emphasis on discipline, respect, and fitness, members will gain confidence, improve their physical strength, and learn the importance of perseverance and mutual respect. Perfect for beginners, this class offers a great foundation for future boxing or just a fun way to stay active!
