Our “Juniors” class is tailored for teenagers aged 13-17. This dynamic and challenging class focuses on developing boxing skills, physical fitness, and mental discipline. Participants will engage in advanced drills, conditioning exercises, and controlled sparring sessions to enhance their technique, strength, and endurance.
