Boxing 101

Our vision was to create a multi-functional gym where people
would feel welcomed, supported and motivated while becoming
physically and emotionally healthier and happier.
We are former world-class athletes and certified fitness
professionals with advanced degrees in exercise science who are
passionate about helping others achieve their fitness/athletic
goals. Our programs include high-intensity intervals, core work,
intense cardio and skill-based training for people of all ages
(5-85) and levels. We offer focused private and small-group
training classes which may be coupled with weight-loss/nutritional
programs to achieve maximum success. 
In addition, our boxing training and boxing bootcamp classes not
only provide a great workout but also increase self-esteem,
self-confidence and empowerement. And...more unique
classes and programs coming soon!

Unbound Synergy Fitness

Challenging activities for the optimization of sports. 
Two 45min zoom classes per week plus daily exercise/nutrition/mindset lessons plus coach accountability. Gives the athlete an extra edge on their sport (or for those who need to get healthier but don't want to do group training).

CHAOS- Zoom Private Training 2x/wk + daily online program.

This course was developed for those who are struggling with a major challenge: athletic injury, mental blocks, illness, or any major challenge which has caused fear, frustration or a feeling of loss and stagnation. Regain control by finding your inner power and create a pathway to success!
