This class is ideal for beginners with no experience. Students will learn and develop fundamental techniques, such as punches, kicks, knees and elbows, footwork and conditioning. Although there is no sparring in fundamentals;, simple controlled sparring drills may be presented, such as offense/defense or situational drills. These sparring drills are structured and will be monitored closely by the instructor(s). Fundamentals is where all beginners start, but it is also ideal for students who are looking to refine and perfect their techniques.
