This class is designed for everyone. You will work at your own intensity. In this class, you will be doing calisthenics training. (Push up, pull up, air squats, and running.) This will make you sweat and have your muscles burning in places they have never burned before. The purpose of this type of training is to build stamina, endurance, strength, balance, mental toughness and speed don't miss this class. The safest way to train is using your own body weight as your training equipment.
