Introduction (15 minutes): Learn the basics of boxing, including proper form and how to throw punches correctly to maximize your workout and prevent injuries. Warm-Up (15 minutes): A cardio conditioning warm up to get your heart pumping. Main Workout (30 minutes): Hit the bag for eight 3-minute rounds with 1-minute active rest intervals in between. Track Your Progress: We track your punches per minute and give you a total score for each class.
