Total Body Boxing combines basic boxing techniques to maximize heart rate while incorporating strength and toning exercises to build and tone muscle groups. Rounds will include classic punch combinations as well as breakout exercises to focus in on core muscle groups such as core, glutes and more for a total body workout and high calorie burn. **Ages 16+
