Youth boxing will focus on teaching the basics of boxing in a fun, interactive environment that allows them to burn off that extra youth energy. Kids will learn how to correctly throw punches 1-6 in addition to strength and conditioning excercises that will leave them feeling confident and ready for more! *Ages 8-15
