Izzy's Boxing and Fitness

Head boxing coach and trainer at Izzy’s Boxing and Fitness.  As an amateur boxer and coach, Izzy brings years of experience to the group. He graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and became a kettlebell instructor. Coach Izzy was born in Newark, NJ where he was able to learn survival skills early in his child hood while attending Newark Public Schools.Coach Izzy started his fitness and boxing journey in Middle School where he was bullied for being different. Those moments changed his life forever as he was able to move on and eventually attend and graduate from Bloomfield College where he received a Bachelors degree in Sociology.
