About the Class

This class will use bands, light weights and ankle weights to tone, lengthen and give you a sweat that you didn't know you needed or wanted. This 45 minute class will target the butt, inner and outer thighs, abs and arms... so yes we will be hitting all the right spots! No boxing in this class so you do not need your gloves. Please bring ankle weights if you have your own!
