Originally started by Coach Justin Gamber to train the now Super-Middleweight Champion Caleb “Sweet-Hands” Plant, Music City Boxing has and always will be about the Sweet Science of Boxing. Now, don’t let that intimidate you, we are a community driven, fitness centered powerhouse of fun and goal oriented people. Wether you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing, train as a competitive fighter, or just achieve your fitness goals while learning a new skill, then Music City Boxing is for you! We have a variety of classes that include strength training, weight training, kettle bells, and of course boxing fundamentals.
