Originally started by Coach Justin Gamber to train the now
Super-Middleweight Champion Caleb “Sweet-Hands” Plant, Music City
Boxing has and always will be about the Sweet Science of
Boxing.
Now, don’t let that intimidate you, we are a community driven,
fitness centered powerhouse of fun and goal oriented people. Wether
you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing, train as a
competitive fighter, or just achieve your fitness goals while
learning a new skill, then Music City Boxing is for you! We have a
variety of classes that include strength training, weight training,
kettle bells, and of course boxing fundamentals.
We’d love to have you come be apart of our community, have fun,
and be in the best shape of your life!
