About the Class

Train on your own schedule with full access to our boxing and strenght & conditioning equipment in a self-guided environment. Whether you're working bag rounds, jump rope, shadowboxing, strength training or following your own program, Open Gym gives you the freedom to train at your own pace. A coach will be available on the floor for general guidance, equipment support and light technique feedback as needed.
