About the Class

Lower Body and Core strength workout includes a variety of exercises targeting the glutes, hips, thighs, abs, and back. Targeting these muscles especially the glutes since they're the largest muscle group in our body, they help you daily to walk, lift and run.

Special Instructions

Please remember to bring your boxing gloves, hand wraps and a bottle of water.  Towels are optional as well.   Also please bring the energy.  Enjoy!
