At Pryde Athletics & Physical Therapy, our ACL Preventative Assessment is a comprehensive screening designed to identify risk factors that predispose athletes—especially female athletes—to ACL injuries. ‍ Utilizing a combination of orthopedic testing, movement analysis, and neuromuscular assessments, this evaluation helps us detect biomechanical inefficiencies and create a customized plan to reduce injury risk and enhance athletic performance. Who is this for?
