HSA Eligible.  This workshop will meet every TUESDAY for 6 weeks from 6:30pm to 8:30pm May 12 - June 16, 2026.

We will meet at the Vital Wellness facility located at 9965 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922.  

The workshop includes the 6 educational workshops, a metabolic lab work up so we can make personal recommendations, access to our group workouts during the six week program, and 3 individual 1:1 coaching sessions.  

There is an optional Brain Labs add-on that includes 20 additional blood work labs along with personal recommendations for lab results outside of the normal range (must add to cart separately).

NOTE: you will be prompted to sign our online waiver and complete an onboarding form as part of registration. The onboarding form will help us begin to create personalized health coaching for you.

VitalLife Workshop Individual Registration: May 2026

HSA Eligible.  This workshop will meet every TUESDAY for 6 weeks from 6:30pm to 8:30pm May 12 - June 16, 2026.
