Natural Selection CrossFit

Honor, Courage and Commitment, not only to the Marine Corps., but to CrossFit as well. I served with the Marines for 8 years honorably. While in the Marines I achieved the rank of Sergeant. I was an engineer and a combat instructor and I found CrossFit and earned my CrossFit Level 1 Certification. I have also earned my Endurance Cert., Movement and Mobility Cert. and Gymnastics Cert. I also coached at CrossFit Camp Pendleton and upon getting out of the Marines to help raise my son and follow my dream of owning/running a CrossFit Box I found Natural Selection CrossFit, where I now coach. I plan on changing lives to the max. Along with being a full time student and owner and head coach of Natural Selection CrossFit. I will be there for you.
