About the Appointment

Approval Required for Studio Hire Requests: All requests for studio hire are subject to approval. Hourly Rate: The cost for studio hire is $100 per hour. Booking and Cancellation Policy: The hire fee is to be paid at the time of booking to reserve the studio for your chosen slot. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled hire time. Communication of Studio Use: Please specify the intended use of the studio during the booking process. The Neon Loft retains the right to decline bookings that may pose a conflict of interest or do not align with our branding guidelines. Image Usage and Studio Maintenance: If any imagery produced during the hire session is utilized, credit/mention to The Neon Loft is required. Additionally, it is imperative to leave the studio in a clean and organized state, ensuring all equipment is returned to its original placement (e.g., lights, fans, mats, etc.) Insurance and Liability Coverage: If you are doing something other than what you have learned in our classes, you are responsible for your own liability insurance as you are not covered under our studio policy.  Occupancy Limits: Maximum number of individuals allowed in the studio at any given time is to be determined on booking. No teaching of any kind is allowed unless an agreement has been made with The Neon Loft. Equipment Usage and Liability: Hirer is responsible for the proper use and care of any studio equipment provided during the hire period. If equipment or property is damaged during hire, repair or replacement fee will be charged.
