Are you new to yoga or looking to get back on the mat? These classes are perfect for YOU! Join us for a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly sessions designed to help you ease into your yoga practice with confidence. What We’ll Cover: *  Gentle stretching and easy poses to build flexibility *  Breathing techniques to reduce stress and increase energy * Simple meditation practices to quiet the mind *  No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and an open heart!

Special Instructions

* No Walk-Ins Allowed! Please register in advance to secure your spot. *Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the class starts, door will be locked and no late shows will be allowed! What to Bring: * Bring your own yoga mat! (and maybe a blanket for extra comfort!)8 Class Cancellation: Class cancellations can be made with no penalties up to 6 hours before the class begins and your class credit will be added back to your account for use within one week of class that was cancelled. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will have no refunds and no credits. If a class is cancelled by Bhangra Fitness, a class credit will be added to your account for the cancelled session. This credit must be used within the specified time frame towards future class bookings. HST will be applied to all prices during checkout.
