A big Thank you to Kea! Her hands on approach is amazing. Sometimes my body needs to feel the position to understand how to get there. Tonight was one of those nights. I’m not super bendy but she helped me to understand some up the pole split moves by guiding my hips up! She’s also one of the only instructors over my 8 years in pole to help me gain confidence in my iguana mount. It’s still a work in process but I feel I can ask her to spot me and she guides me perfectly into place. Thank you Kea for being so hands on with us! It really helps! Ps I love all the instructors. Just some moves I need more hands on!
