Designed by a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, this class aims to develop acrobatic tricks on the floor. An essential class for student aiming to build strong inverted positions on (and off) an apparatus. The program is based on safe and effective progressions in: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. This class focuses on individual skill progressions for every level and aims to take a beginner from somersaults and basic inversions to advanced tumbling!
Please make yourself aware of our studio Policies and Procedures Attire: Dress in form fitting workout wear, shorts are best for pole, leggings for hoop/silks. We generally dance barefoot, except for After Dark heels classes. Equipment: If you have your own yoga mat you may bring it, but they are also supplied. Late Cancels/No Shows: We have an 8 hour Cancellation Window in effect. If you do not cancel within our cancellation window, your account allotment/pass will be applied in addition to the No Show/Late Cancel charge. There are no refunds.
