An introduction to pole dancing! There will be a 10 minute warm up on the floor to build strength, flexibility, and learn some sexy floor moves such as “Rising Goddess”, and “The Flirt!” Then we will head to the poles for conditioning, a mini routine of basic moves, transitions, floor work, and spins, such as the “Fireman,” “Sunwheel,” “Back hook,” and many more. Eventually building up to sitting and standing on the pole!
Please make yourself aware of our studio Policies and Procedures Attire: Dress in form fitting workout wear, shorts are best for pole, leggings for hoop/silks. We generally dance barefoot, except for After Dark heels classes. Equipment: If you have your own yoga mat you may bring it, but they are also supplied. Late Cancels/No Shows: We have an 8 hour Cancellation Window in effect. If you do not cancel within our cancellation window, your account allotment/pass will be applied in addition to the No Show/Late Cancel charge. There are no refunds.
