Discover the beauty of ballet in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting. This class introduces you to the foundations of ballet technique - posture & alignment, while incorporating sculpting exercises to build strength and stability that support your technique. With a balance of floor work, barre, and centre combinations, you’ll develop coordination, poise, and confidence. This class is for people ages 16+.
For all ballet classes, we recommend wearing fitted clothing so your instructor can clearly see your alignment, form, and technique throughout movement. Ballet slippers are encouraged for best practice, but they are not required. Socks or bare feet are also welcomed.
