Get ready to groove! This high-energy intro class breaks down the basics of hip hop dance so you can hit the floor with confidence. Whether you're brand new to dance or just looking to freshen up your moves, you'll learn easy-to-follow combos, build rhythm, and pick up some signature grooves to bust out at your next party. No experience needed -  just bring your energy and let’s move! This class is for people ages 16+.  

Special Instructions

For our Hip Hop classes, we suggest wearing your favourite comfortable athletic wear that you can move freely in. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout class, and wear clean indoor running shoes with good support to help you feel safe and energized while you dance.
