

This class is for students who has already taken Absolute Beginner level bungee. 💪 Why You’ll Love Bungee Fitness: • High intensity workout for: • Cardio endurance • Muscle strengthening • Full-body toning • Low impact on: • Knees, hips, and ankles • Spine and lower back • Perfect for anyone ⸻ ⏰ Class Structure • Please arrive on time • First 15 minutes: • Individual harness fitting • Bungee setup & safety check • Following 60 minutes: • Guided bungee fitness workout ⚠️ Late arrivals may not be able to join once fitting is complete. ⸻ 👕 What to Wear • Comfortable exercise clothing • Clothing must cover the waist and upper thighs (It’s less comfortable for harness to fit directly on bare skin) • Indoor running or training shoes • No high platforms or shoes with heels for your safety ⸻ 💧 What to Bring • Water bottle (you’ll sweat!) • Long hair should be tied in a high bun for safety and comfort ⸻ 📲 Booking & Waitlist • Class sizes are limited for safety and proper fitting • If the class is fully booked, a waitlist will be available • If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified and can book directly through our app or website
