After completing Intro to aerials students can choose to progress to Beginner Aerial Silks or Beginner Aerial Hammock. In Beginner Aerial Hammock students will continue to build on the foundational skills they learned in Intro to Aerials. Students will continue to work on their ability to invert, progressing towards unsupported inverts as well as their hipkey. They will learn more challenging seated, inverted, and standing poses in the Hammock as well as beginning to add more transitions between movements. All students are unique and progress at their own pace, generally students should expect to spend 4-8 months minimum in the Beginner Hammock level.
